It started with our dogs
When I moved my family to Wilmington, we drank the tap water like everyone else. Within a few months my dog was in kidney failure. We lost her. Two weeks later my other dog ended up in the emergency vet.
The vet asked me one question: what water are they drinking?
That sent me digging into what's actually in the water here. What I found scared me. Hard water, and worse. So I fixed my own house first.
Then I teamed up with Joe Dooley, and in 2025 we started Intracoastal Water to fix it for our neighbors too. We're new as a company, but this isn't a side hustle for us. It's personal.
